Shandong Puri Filter & Paper Products Limited is a joint venture formed by Binzhou Filter Paper Industry Co., Limited in China and Purico Group in UK. The company is the largest automotive filter paper producer in China as well as one of the biggest manufacturers of board cartons for packaging in Shandong Province. The main products are special paper such as automotive filter paper, label paper, card paper and adhesive paper and corrugated board cartons. The original production capacity for automotive filter paper was 2,800 tons/year. There is an increase of production capacity of 10,000 tons/year in 2006. The annual output of corrugated board cartons is eight million square meters. Meanwhile the company is the only one that could produce black core paper for cards in China.

Shandong Puri Filter & Paper Products Limited has been assessed as the national first class corrugated board cartons enterprise. Its product of coated finish label paper was awarded the first prize of Science and Technology Improvement of Shandong Province and “National Class New Product”. The product of “Green Bamboo” automotive filter paper was awarded as “Shandong Famous Brand Product”. In 2004, the company obtained the certificate of ISO9000. It plans to achieve another two certificates of ISO14001 and ISO/TS16949 in 2006.
